This research was inspired by the number of accidents in small communities and the poorest areas in the Philippines. Through this undertaking, the researchers aim to use this project and their knowledge about it in order to ensure that motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists arrive safely to their destinations or get home to their awaiting families with impunity.
